The Climber is geared towards everything you need as a climber. It has three levels, each of which is completely tailored to your climbing experience and targets.

The Novice (up to 19/5.10)

The first level is for beginners and those who are new to the world of climbing. The strength program focuses primarily on stabilisation and strengthening stabiliser muscles. The conditioning program will focus on increasing the cardiovascular and strength endurance components of climbing.

The Next Level (up to 26/7b+)

The Next Level program is primarily for climbers want to climb up to a 26/7b+ grade and is a bit more advanced. It is geared towards strength and conditioning, technique and increased cardio. This workout is perfect for you if you have been climbing for a while but can’t seem to break past that sticking point.

THE PRO

This is the ideal option for the guys and girls who take their rock climbing seriously. It focuses solely on strength and conditioning to help you smash through those plateaus. This package will fit perfectly with your current climbing training plan.
